The Programme - Residency for Artist The program intends to create a haven for artist where art is appreciated , learned and practiced. The program intents to convert the palace into an art residency. The palace will offer a place to work ; the studio and residence for four visual artist for a defined period of time at the end of which the entire palace will be converted into a gallery space . The palace will act as a main hub for artist to practice craft and will also have provision for workshops and small lectures to be conducted on art and craft by the residing artist. The artist will collabrate with the local community artist to convert the traditional art of the region into contemporary art forms.
