This portfolio showcases 16 weeks of ceramics work. It begins with foundational hand-building techniques, such as coiling and slab construction, followed by surface decoration using coloured slip and underglaze pigments. The final project is a collaborative ceramic lighting installation, designed to explore the theme of metamorphosis through modular design. This body of work reflects the progression from basic skills to complex, conceptual creation, demonstrating both technical development and artistic expression in ceramics. The project emphasizes transformation and adaptability, embodied in the modular nature of the lighting installation.
