A Piece of the World was focused on the creation of group of short animated films set in a quirky, post-apocalyptic version of the Indian subcontinent. The project combined storytelling with hands-on animation techniques, including 2D frame-by-frame and stop-motion papercut animation. Through meticulous set design, character development, and sound scaping, a world filled with vibrant and humorous inhabitants was created for the viewers of the films to journey across. Our film Bhaagam Bhaag was the culmination of the work from the Monsoon 2024 semester.
