The first is a refreshed edition of the cookbook 50 Great Indian Recipes by Camille Punjabi, re-designed to offer a more updated take on classic and contemporary Indian dishes. The second is a beautifully curated book on cheese, created in collaboration with Hemangini Sinha from 'Khet se Plate'.
Together, these projects showcase a blend of culinary innovation and cultural storytelling, inviting readers to explore vibrant flavors and traditions in both Indian cuisine and the world of cheese.
