Turbo-Soak : Soaking Device for Pulses

Turbo-soak is a soaking device for pulses that gets the work done exponentially faster. What would otherwise be achieved in 6-`12 hours, the device does in just 45 minutes. Pulses are generally soaked to reduce cooking time, improve texture, and break down certain compounds responsible for gas and bloating. The device uses ultrasonic waves to create cavitation on the surface of the seed, along with excess pressure to allow rapid intake of water.
