The online semester started with basic understanding of the objects around us and documenting the same. Study of nature and its habitat helped to understand the structure and forces. 
Studying Architect Renzo Piano's work was very intriguing, studying his works helped me gain a new perspective and opened new doors in understanding the structure its principle, material usage, joineries, a sense of scale & proportion. 
Inspired by his Tjibaou Cultural Centre, I designed this stool by keeping the structural principles in mind. The combination of wood and metal was stimulating. The design is geometrically and structurally generated from this building.
