The site was built for the performances related to dance musical & theatre, used to promote the concept of cultural advancement. But because of COVID the site has a serious hit, the site shut down and was abandoned. Hence the proposal for the site seems to be one which compliments the site and the surroundings well to hold the crowd.- Theatre and Cafe culture - an extension model - To generate maximum revenue - To increase footfall as FnB helps to increase the involvement. - Retail -Boutique integrating with a personal experience - To increase maximum public engagement and interactive spaces. - To involve maximum people of different age groups. - Workshop space - express yourself through design - To promote a learning environment, skill set when it comes to designing. - To give a platform for different designer.
