Renesa

Renesa is a luxury retreat reborn amidst the historic ruins of old goa in the Convent of Santa Monica. This adaptive reuse project sensitively transforms the former convent into a modern hospitality space while honoring its sacred heritage & structure. By analyzing the building’s original function, strategic interventions were made to achieve spatial diversity required for its new function as a luxury hospitality space. These modifications preserve the convent’s architectural integrity and character, ensuring that the majority of its original structure and qualities remain intact, seamlessly blending the rich past with present .
