The project focuses on designing an innovative kitchen appliance tailored to Indian households for making and preserving fruit pulp. The appliance aims to simplify the process of converting fresh fruits into smooth, customizable pulp while ensuring maximum nutrient retention and minimal waste. It integrates functionalities like  pulping, straining, and blanching, with the option to further customize the pulp into various forms for storage or immediate use.
