Project 1: This project showcases a product designed for shaping and dropping homemade pakoras directly into hot oil. The design mimics a palette with a thumb hole, enabling ergonomic handling and safe, efficient pakora release through a central opening.Project 2:Mittika reimagines the traditional dum biryani cooking method in a compact, wood-fired setup designed for urban homes. It brings together the sensory richness of terracotta and the warmth of shared cooking rituals in a modern, user-friendly form.
