A household device that encourages the age old Indian practice of sun drying food, in an urban context even in the absence of sun. It replaces the original ways of performing the tasks in the practice, making it more hygienic, space-efficient, effortless and compact. The device also significantly reduces the average time taken to naturally dry food items.
