CASA DÈ FERIAS - House in Holidays

Taking inspiration from the Goan Verandah, this project is designed for the four friends and visitors. The house is divided into two parts, the upper level acts as a public pavilion, comprising of community kitchen and multipurpose deck, maintaining privacy of the lower level. Qualities such as transparency, openness, branching, contrast, fragility were deciphered and reinterpreted. The spiral staircase enveloped by the bamboo members brings the play of light and shadow within the house. The place provides opportunities for default interaction while viewing the sunset on the ocean. That’s why the house is named Casa Dé Ferias, home in holidays.
