A Research and Development Centre in the existing factory located in Patan has been designed with assembly-based construction. Mainly two systems have been explored to give a contemporary interior to stereotypical production and warehouse structure. An expression of the interior in a 23-meter-high space has been achieved through the assembly of suspended and cantilevered systems.
