Terminal & Depot Management

Bus terminals serve as the point where the buses start or end their schedule and a depot is any transport system’s operating base. Since terminals and depots play a vital role in start and termination of the city bus service, they need to be managed and maintained to provide good service to the passengers and give the ease of working to the bus drivers, conductors and other employees of the city bus service. In this study various tools like ISHIKAWA, spaghetti diagram and process profiling are used to analayse the existing conditions in order to propose effective solutions.
