As a part of service operation and Mangement fare collection and ticketing system of BRTS, Ahmedabad Fare collection, and ticketing was studied, As we know the fare and its collection system play an important part in the success or failure of any public transport system.so it is important to understand the complexity of the service and suggesting simplified practice for the same, in order to improve the service quality of fare collection service provided to the public. Card-Based payment is one of the unique systems which saves a lot of time and also adding value to the service.
