The overall objective of the project was to propose plans for enhancing the existing facilities of the assigned AMC School. Furthermore, advances in science and technology entail the school to modernize their facilities for efficient and economic use of their resources. Using the data collected from survey and site observation, problem areas were identified. To address these problems, we iterated through various plans. One of the plans was to reduce the electricity consumption by incorporating sustainable designs; and one such plan was to leverage the climatic conditions of Gujarat i.e., abundant passive solar energy.
