Facilities Management Plan- Jagannath Temple

Introduction to site

Out of the different facilities and utilities focused on this project, I have chosen housekeeping, water supply and sewerage as my focal area. This slide describes the current housekeeping scenario.

In order to meet the gaps, housekeeping regimes and schedules have been prepared. The above table shows the proposed daily checklist.

This slide has the tables showing the proposed monthly and annual checklist, which would help to bring the current housekeeping system at place to a great extent.

Water supply and sewerage is another important aspect of facilities management. The above shows the current water supply storage system of the temple.

This slide shows the observed drinking water supply scenario of the temple.

The slide shows the existing washing areas-both hand wash and dish wash, with the observations done.

The above shows the observed storm water line and sewerage line. Also pays attention to the existing toilets and their condition.

Conclusion showing the analysis, gaps observed and the proposals made.
