Facilities Management of a residential society encompasses many disciplines to ensure its functionality and safety. The facility of waste water disposal plays a crucial role in societies to maintain the urban living standards. Sewage water and storm water both work in harmony to make certain waste water is disposed off from the premises. Therefore, the study involves understanding the existing  scenarios on site, their impacts on residents life and suggestions to improvise this facility. Also case studies and market study was a part of this whole process.
