Parking is one of the major problems that is created by the increasing vehicles. The availability of less parking space in public space such as railway stations has increased the land value. Parking management is one of many forms of management used to ensure the efficient functioning of transportation and land use systems Parking management refers to policies and programs that result in more efficient use of parking facilities. This study will describes various parking management strategies and how to develop a parking management program suitable for Ahmedabad Railway Station.
