A study was done on the various processes that take place at the International airport right from the point a passenger enters, crosses the toll booth to the point the plane takes off and from the point a passenger lands to the point she/he leaves the campus. This part only covers the arrivals side of the airport, wherein we looked at the trolley management and baggage handling specifically and analysed using process mapping, queueing theory and lean tools to find out issues and accordingly proposed the suggestions.
