Service operations & management studio is an amalgamation of various analytical tools to predict the data like Process identification worksheet , process profile worksheet, RACI, swimlane, SIPOC, servqual. Service operations & management was studied at RTO Gandhinagar with the focus on licensing services. The study was dedicated on onsite observations, citizens feedback, user survey analysis to improve the quality of the service as well as reducing the time required to provide it. To make the system more efficient and citizen centric, several proposals like ease of information so as to facilitate availability and accessibility of information, appointment system, flow management, queue management and branding were proposed .
