The SOM Studio 2023 aimed to enhance efficiency, quality, and financial sustainability in Ahmedabad's Primary Health Centers (PHCs) and Community Health Centers (CHCs). My specific focus involved evaluating infrastructure coverage, identifying strained areas, and proposing improvement strategies. Recognizing the need for additional investments, a key aspect was establishing the project as a brand. I explored various strategies and channels for outreach and marketing to attract investments and achieve the project's overarching goals.
