Morbi - Public Toilets

Morbi, an industrial town in Gujarat, faces significant challenges in the provision and management of public toilets. The existing infrastructure suffers from poor operation and maintenance, and a lack of financial sustainability in existing systems along with limited Service Area Coverage. Through this project, I’ve looked closely at the performance of these facilities based on SS guidelines and how the Urban Local Body (ULB) currently manages public toilets and identified critical shortcomings in planning, operations, and monitoring.
