The proposed management plan aims at providing defined carriage, parking areas, walkable pathways, encourage the use of public transport and citizen engagement. For effective implementation, the plan comprises of parking policy, enforcement, use of technology and governance. The major highlights being encouraging off-street parking over on-street parking, no free parking, incremental pricing system, and cheaper off-street parking.
