Naranpura Ward Management Plan- CCRS System

The nearest governance centre for each citizen is the ward office. For them, it is a one stop centre for availing information regarding the existing services, new programs or schemes and for complaint registration.Hence, ward level offices play an important role in providing a smooth routine to its citizens. As a student of Habitat Management, it thus becomes important to understand the roles and duties of each department constituting a ward, and understand the delivery of each system. This project would be focusing on the Comprehensive Complaint Redressal System of Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation.
