We were assigned to study the services offered by AMC to Thaltej ward in New West Zone. Analyzing the service delivery through citizens` and officials` survey, we focussed on 5 services needing the utmost attention, of which Ward & Governance was looked upon by me. Taking the gamut of concerns catering to the needs of the citizens the following proposals are given : Ward Score Card, Ward Web Portal and User friendly Information Kiosk.
