Mainstreaming Solid Waste Infrastructure in Slums

In the slums of Ujjain, the average household size in these slums is 5.74, versus 5.03 for the entire city, with an average monthly household income of 1500 rupees per month. Therefore, strengthening the pre-existing informal circular economy shall help greatly as the residents shall get benefits that come with a registered bank account. The project shall formalize this system and help it to further scale up and operate as an MSME. It aims to provide the necessary guidance and relatively small financial support required for the same.
