Sadak se seher tak

The revitalization of Nai Sadak envisions the street as a vibrant social space that goes beyond being a transit corridor. Rooted in human-centric and inclusive urbanism, the project prioritizes pedestrian comfort, accessibility, and safety for all users—locals, tourists, vendors, women, children, and the elderly. Through climate-responsive design, active frontages, and mixed-use integration, it fosters a dynamic public realm that supports everyday life and cultural expression. Respecting the historic fabric of Jodhpur’s old city while embracing adaptability and resilience, the design transforms Nai Sadak into a street that is not just walked through—but lived in.
