This project envisions the development of dynamic urban hubs in Motera, Ahmedabad, seamlessly integrating entertainment, shopping, and residential areas. The design focuses on creating well-structured streetscapes and open spaces that connect the neighborhood with key landmarks, including the iconic Narendra Modi Stadium, while ensuring accessibility to public transportation networks. Through strategic zoning and thoughtful design interventions, the project aims to foster lively public spaces and accessible green zones that serve the community’s daily needs. These spaces are designed to be flexible, allowing them to accommodate larger crowds during special events such as match days. The overall vision ensures a balance of functionality, vibrancy, and inclusivity, making the urban environment accessible and engaging for diverse user groups.
