TOD to support high rise Development.

In the case of Maninagar, 50% of land lies under TOZ. It is considered to be a rich man land in East as well as has its own history as well as the cultural contribution to the Ahmedabad (i.e., Railway Station and in close Proximity of major recreational spot - Kankaria Lake).Although, It is considered to be Rich Man Land in East it didn't saw a significant growth after 7 years of being declared under TOZ in the aspect to its potential. This study focuses on its analysis and aiming to give Proposal/Recommendation to Deal with it.
