To transform the transit oriented zone of Vasna into market oriented urban spaces with equitable housing opportunities to achieve compact mixed use favourable for public transport in its complementary nature.
The existing typology along BRTS does not promote the nature of compact dense development. Intervention in the existing typology is imperative for encouraging mixed use dense development which complements the fundamental characteristic of TOD.

The envisioned transformation is speculated to occur in three phases over time as and when the market generates the demand for redevelopment of dilapidated and unmarketable land property.
