Improving Public Realm around ASI monuments

Jamalpur has high concentration of heritage buildings, however there is no place for the people to pause, sit and relax to appreciate the monuments. There is poor public realm around the monuments. There is a need to have public space with public infrastructure to ease access to the monuments. Ahmedabad being declared as UNESCO heritage city has an opportunity for tourisim. Thus in order to resolve this a surical intervention is proposed around the ASI monuments and land is carved out as public realm.
