Based on the analysis of the site, it was found out that the smart city mission was also proposed on the same site as well as a CBD was proposed. In our perspective studies, it was found that the area was not walkable or pedestrian friendly. On mapping of 25 km of footpath on our site, and detailed analysis of them it was found that only 5 km of the total footpath was walkable. It was also found that street and BRTS were highly used as social spaces. Along with it, it was also found that there was a high amount underutilised land parcels in the study area. Vadaj slum, the biggest slum in Ahmedabad also falls in our site was studied and based on the dilapidated condition of the slum and very low scope of slum improvement proposals for them was observed. Thus, some proposal regarding all the issues found were figured out. Street and streetscape improvement plan has been proposed, with it, new social spaces along the transit corridors are planned. Along the transit corridor, the FSI has been increased and Transit Oriented Zones were formed along the metro route and around metro stations. FSI increased to 4. With this road widening proposal along the metro route was given. Ramapir no tekro redevelopment in accordance to the slum requirement has been proposed as well. These proposal account to creating a happy and a vibrant city
