Conversing through the spaces of Maan Darwaja

The idea was to create an adaptive habitat for migrant communities associated with a very dynamic and socially interactive live-work environment. The site accommodates people from diverse cultures and traditions over a period of time. Thus the housings and the neighbourhoods are designed in such a way that these characteristics are maintained and the occupants have the opportunities to alter and extend these spaces in certain patterns. Eventually, this fluctuating habitat, over time, should be able to maintain a balance between generated orders and identified contextual complexities.
