Our site, the green belt in Jivraj Park has immense potential. With the metro coming up and the important places that the roads going along the site connects makes it extremely important. With all these potentials this site will experience a rise in increase in population. The only way to accommodate this flow of population is to convert the green belt into dwelling units. The site has non uniform distribution of amenities which creates areas that lacks gathering spaces. This design aims at developing an urban block which facilitates interaction at various levels. The site has really great interactive potential
