The studio has helped develop and understand the Implementation mechanism of Land Pooling Scheme through exploration of various approaches of site selection, proposals, appropriation, reconstitution. It was an iterative process hence the outcome was multilayered. If we look at the current implementation mechanisms in place for Jaipur, though it already has an act in place for land pooling, it has not yet being used to benefit both the authority as well as the land owners. Thus, in the city of Jaipur where infrastructure development and resultant challenges have remained an issue from a long time. Land Pooling Scheme will facilitate and promote collaboration and equitable development.
