The portfolio represents the project covered as part of the second semester of the Master of Urban Planning. The studio aimed to develop core competencies in making Development Plan. The studio was divided into three exercises. The first exercise was to understand the development plan of cities across the globe. The other two exercises were directed toward developing Development Plan for a given city. This particular portfolio will be focusing on the Development Plan 2041 for the twin city Bharuch and Ankleshwar. Based on the existing situation analysis, a long-term vision for the city was developed, based on the data collected from various sources. Further, the concept was developed, and detailed proposals were made on the understanding. Along with the implementation and costing of the same.
