The studio aimed at developing the most financially feasible project at any site in Ahmedabad. Accordingly, this project is established on a registered mill land that is under litigation and now is to be auctioned by Delhi high court. We have tried to evaluate land potential and also macro-micro demands of the market for the site. Product mixes were developed and on basis of financial viability, the most suitable product mix was finalised. An overall form analysis was done to see its impact to neighbourhood urban form since it is a project to be developed on 10 hectare of land.
