The studio made us understand the process of developing a real estate project and the dynamics of this sector at city level and micro markets, exploring  the city of Ahmedabad.  The methodology for the studio was to identify a site In Ahmedabad. After site Identification a detailed site analysis and market study to understand the demand and supply was done so as to propose a suitable product mix for that location and demand looking at the finance compatibility.
