The project is developed on a registered mill land that is under litigation and now is to be auctioned by Delhi high court. Through this project we have tried to evaluate the potential of the land and also the macro and micro demands of the real estate market for the site. Considering the demand and potential various product mixes were developed and on the basis of financial viability the most suitable product mix for the site was finalised. An overall form analysis for the site was also done to see its impact to the urban form of its neighbourhood.
