Real estate Housing in Bombay Hotel

In this studio exercise we studies how real estate can be formalized in Bombay hotel. Through our surveys we came to know that 90% of the housing was illegally constructed. It was challenging to sum up the issues and come up with the best alternative. So we came up with a unique product mix in which people who wanted to stay were provided with formalized housing as per their income after all permutations and combinations.
