The idea was to have a combination of brownfield and greenfield site with total area of 8.9ha for the real estate project. Vasna as a potential site was identified through site potential analysis considering predominant land-use, location, accessibility and other characters . In the project, various redevelopment options under different national and state policies were tried out. Also, land development options and the product mixes for the new land parcel were formulated by identifying the stakeholders' requirements and meeting developers'profit. The product mix so obtained was checked for its financial feasibility and market viability to achieve the final saleable product.
