In this housing project studio, our primary aim is to understand the development of real estate project in Ahmedabad along with developing the suitable product mix for project such that it will utilize the highest potential of that land. Also with efficient phasing and cash flow management we also aiming to make project financially feasible. For efficient development and execution of this selected product mix we developed different iteration of phasing with cash flow statement and selected the best iteration based on factors like lesser project duration along with more profitability for developer.
