The proposed project is a Greenfield development in Naranpura area which was an old Greenbelt of Ahmedabad. “The aim of this housing project is to analyse and propose optimal development along with planning and technical options of a ‘Greenfield Land’ considering underlying site context, applicable legal norms, existing macro - micro market - real estate scenario and its stakeholders' requirements.” Studio begun with Land Potential Analysis where we had to select greenfield / brownfield sites within Ahmedabad municipal boundaries with a minimum area of 7-10 hectares. With Delphi Techniques, Naranpura greenbelt site had the highest potential factors for the development.
