Khodiyarnagar slum settlement spread over the land area of 10H, under the ownership of AMC is situated in the industrial area of Behrampura. The Settlement stands sustained yet vulnerable since past 40 years, hence to redevelop this land parcel along with analyzing the feasibility of the project becomes mandatory. Phasing, outflow-inflow, iterations, risks and financial feasibility of the slum redevelopment as well as free sale component for revenue was studied from the developers perspective. Micro market study was the deciding factor for the free sale component, whereas 2013 Gujarat Slum Rehabilitation policy was followed for Redevelopment Component.
