The Housing Project Studio focuses on the dynamic housing & real-estate market. The studio aims to develop a project (greenfield or brownfield) within the selected land parcel. The students are required to develop a project that can be implemented and is financially viable while adhering to all the existing regulations and policies. It should be in accordance with the existing demand for real-estate in the micro market, absorption and its future prospects. The final output will be a comprehensive project proposal.
