The studio is focused on the real estate market and its various peripherals which affect the real estate market and vice versa. The housing project studio systematically unravels the hierarchical process of analyzing and understanding a real estate project which further translates into the project feasibility, the studio stems from the land potential analysis which helps in identifying a feasible land, understanding the local micro market by analyzing various projects in the area and then coming to a decision that what product mix suits best, then the product mix is brought in line with the various legal aspects of the site and cash flow is calculated accordingly. This cash flow is then further tested with the sensitivity analysis to understand till which point the project remains feasible and gives expected returns to the investing entity.
