Public Housing was established as a form of government – subsidized decent housing for families that need financial assistance. Housing being the need of the hour and the exhaustion of land parcels in the cities, government has taken a step towards improving the existing land parcels through redevelopment. To analyze and propose optimal development of land parcel (brownfield) considering underlying site context, applicable legal norms, existing macro and micro real estate market scenario. The site in Naranpura is an example to revitalize an area completely after redevelopment.
