The Housing Solution Studio's purpose was to construct a project for a Brownfield site in Ahmedabad that made the most use of a land parcel. The Gujarat Housing Board land is being examined because it has the most redevelopment potential. The project development takes current real estate market trends as well as applicable policy into account. For the redevelopment and free sale components, the land potential analysis, macro and micro market conditions, neighborhood characteristics, and beneficiary demand were all taken into account. Due to it's strategic location adjacent to SG Highway and Gota Ognaj Road with high end commercial and mid end segment residential development, along with better public transportation accessibility. Even if the project is financially viable, obstacles such as beneficiary consent, project delays, and a time-consuming tendering process prevent implementation.
