The site is located near Godhavi village, Sanand and proposed development is Multi - Model Logistic Park, around 8.01 Ha Area. The aim of this housing project is to analyze and propose optimal development along with planning and technical options of a ‘Greenfield Land’ considering underlying site context, applicable legal norms, existing macro - micro market - real estate scenario and its stakeholders' requirements, cash-flow analysis, feasibility analysis with sensitivity check, scenario development, business model, phasing, viability study, breakeven point, conceptual layout. This studio provided in-depth knowledge of the industrial and logistics sector and insights into project development.
